Please clarify
1. The industry had submitted approved building plans of its unit dated 12.02.2019 from Er. Rishi Garg, Competent Person under Factories Act and in the said plan it has been mentioned that the industry has installed 4 no. Draw Frames, 7 no. Open End Machines and 16 no. Card Machines. However, it was granted ‘Consent to Establish’ for increasing Nos of Open End Machines from 5 to 9 i.e. addition of 4 open end machines only. The industry has submitted the same building plan with this application and submitted through its request letter that it has installed 5 no. Draw Frames, 9 no. Open End Machines and 13 no. Card Machines, which is not in consonance with the details of machinery mentioned in the approved building plan. This depicts that the industry has installed an additional draw frame.
2. Furthermore, it is required to verify the production record of the unit vis-à-vis the consented capacity, as the unit was not allowed to enhance production being located within MC limits. Thus, the industry is required to submit the production record for the last six months, within 3 days, so that the case may be proceed further. |
