The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry is requested to submit proof of date of commissioning i.e electricity bill. The industry has submitted feasibility report of APCD installed with induction furnace which is not stamped or authenticated by any authorized person. The industry is also requested to fill details w.r.t capacity of induction furnace and shot blast machine in its application form.
