The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948 or NOC from Director of Factories regarding non-requirement for approved building plan.
2. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of ETP along with dimensional drawing.
3. The project proponent is required to submit proper proof regarding date of commissioning of restaurant so that adequacy of fee can be adjudged.
4. The project proponent has not submitted manufacturing process.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observations within 2 days.
