Subject : Show Cause Notice for refusal of extension in validity of consent to establish ( NOC) applied under the provisions of Water ( Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air ( Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. ( Industry Application id No. 20939652)

Respected Sir,
In response to the SCN received, our point wise reply is as under :
1. Feasibility Report is same as submitted with CTE(NOC) Fresh case in 2021 and nothing has been changed in it.
2. Dual plumbing work at site is in progress and same will be completed in pace with the completion of the Project, before applying for CTO.
3. Arrangements for treated sewer disposal has been made. Land has been arranged under an agreement for plantation as per Karnal technology, after the Project gets completed. Affidavit of agreement, undertaking and Registry of land has been submitted along with the application, for the same.(Reannexed)
4. All details ( Feasibility Report, Project Report, Compliance Report-(Reannexed) of precious NOC ) stands submitted please.
5. STP work is in progress at site. Civil Work for STP is complete at site.
Kindly consider the above as reply submitted. Sir, we expect the reply sufficient to address all the observations raised by your good self. It is requested to please grant NOC extension for the Project.
