The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted CLU of the land/ Land use classification from DTP.
2. The project proponent has not submitted MOA of the industry.
3. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of APCD.
4. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of paint booth & shot blasting.
5. The industry has not mentioned quantity of trade effluent generated from pre-treatment, its mode of treatment and its mode of disposal, in the application form as well as in the feasibility report.
6. The project proponent has not mentioned the green area details for disposal of domestic waste water after septic tank.
