It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining fresh consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is not proper as it is mentioned that total water supply @ 200 KLD & total water consumption @ 250 KLD and the industry has not filled any detail regarding generation of domestic effluent as well as any trade effluent, if any.
2. The project proponent has not submitted site plan / building plan approved under Factories Act.
3. The industry needs to submit detail regarding pollution control arrangements installed within premises to control the water pollution as well as air pollution.
4. The industry has submitted electricity bill regarding proof of date of commissioning of industry, in which mentioned that date of connection as 26.09.2014. The industry needs to deposit adequate mandatory fee alongwith late fee / penalty as per Board’s office order dated 29.10.2018 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
