It is intimated that we had already deposited Rs. 1600/- vide NEFT R. no. IBKL230127886548 dated 27/1/2023 including Rs. 500/- as application fee (as 50% fee of the total project cost).
Now, we have again deposited Rs. 1100/- (as 50% fee of the total project cost) vide NEFT R. no. 974652979 dated 23/3/2023, as such, the NOC extension fee is now valid for further two years.
Keeping in view of above, you are humbly requested to grant us NOC for further two years period i.e. upto 24/3/2025, please. |

1. Project Proponent is required to attach Land use classification from District Town Planner, Fazilka.
2. Project Proponent is required to attach 100 meter certificate from site of the RMC from Tehsildar/Naib tehsildar of the area w.r.t parameters Municipal limit, village lal lakir/phirni and residential area.
3. Project report is required to submit requisite documents having value of land and building so that adequacy of consent to establish fee can be adjudged.
4. Project report is required to submit the proposal for domestic effluent generation alongwith treatment and disposal arrangements. Similarly for source having emission and sound alongwith arrangements for containment to within norms. PP is required to submit the source of trade effluent generation.
5. Project report is required to fill the details of domestic effluent and trade effluent section correctly.
