It is intimated that as discussed, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed the following discrepancies :-
1. The industry has not submitted the undertaking regarding no increase in production capacity as well as upgradation od APCD in requisite format.
2. The industry has not submitted the bills for increase in fixed assets.
3. The industry has submitted the compliance report of the industry namely M/s Sant Attar Singh Rice Mill, which needs to be corrected.
Which needs clarification, within 2 days. So, that the application may be processed.
