It is submitted that earlier the industry was granted Consent to Operate of the Board under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for production of eggs @ 38356 pc/day by using Poultry Feed, Maize, Bajra, Makki, Rice Bran, DOC, Soya, GNE Mustard, Sunflower etc. @ 6712 Kgs/day as raw material. Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under both acts for production of eggs @ 38356 Numbers/Day by using Poultry Feed, Maize, Bajra, Makki, Rice Bran, DOC, Soya, GNE Mustard, Sunflower etc. @ 6712 Kgs/day and Birds 60000 Numbers/Day as raw material. There is difference in raw material and the industry is required to clarify the same within 3 days.
