Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted any reply to the show cause notice for violation of the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 issued vide letter no. 3064 dated 01.07.2020.
2) The industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee amounting to Rs. 1800/- for increase in the total gross fixed assets of the industry from Rs. 87.65 Lakhs to Rs. 97.90 Lakhs.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
