The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning but the connection as per the bill is in the name of Mehak Preet. However, the project proponent has submitted allotment letter in the name of Baljit Singh & in the authority letter, the project proponent has mentioned Baljit Singh as proprietor. Further, the project proponent has submitted letter from GMDIC issued to PSIEC in which date of production has been mentioned as 02.04.2003. Hence, proper proof of date of commissioning is required to adjudge adequacy of Consent to Operate fees.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned water consumption & disposal details of the water used for washing of rollers of printing machine.
3. The project proponent has not mentioned DG set detail in the application form.
4. The project proponent has not submitted latest un-depreciated CA Certificate, so that the fees cannot be adjudged.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
