6. Building plan endorsed by approved architect.
7. Permission from concerned authority for sewer connection.

We have not installed any reverbratory furnace for manufacturing of Seamless Pipes. Department has granted us NOC on dated 13.05.2022 for installation of our unit. Now, we have commissioned our unit and applied for consents but your department is harassing us and not granted consent. On the other hand, Punjab Govt. is promoting to establish industries. Please do not provoke us to file any complaint. MoEF has issued notification after NOC and we assure you that we will take Environmental Clearance before July, 2023. Please grant us consents for the time. |
