The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has applied for obtaining consent to operate with change of name of the applicant; however, has not attached any change of proprietorship documents.
2. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib.
3. The unit has not deposited the fee under both the Acts and it is requested to deposit the fee under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
