The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is not correct i.e. scale of the project as well as sub category of the project. The project proponent has not filled total land area as well as total built up area in its application form.
2. The project proponent needs to submit the detail of built up area as per permissible FAR, so as to adjudge the applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
3. The detail filled in the application for is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the project proponent i.e. feasibility report as well fee calculation detail.
4. The feasibility report submitted by the project proponent is not proper as it doesn’t cover all the aspects from pollution angle as well as contradictory to the detail filled in the application form.
5. The project proponent has not submitted certificate issued by PWRDA regarding abstraction of ground water.
6. The project proponent has submitted affidavit regarding disposal of treated domestic effluent as per Karnal Technology. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project.
As such, it is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
