The application of the Industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under: 1. The industry has still not uploaded a copy of memorandum of articles, mentioning the details of all the directors of Pvt. Ltd., firm.
memorandum is attached as per reference document
2. The industry has mentioned in the application form that domestic effluent @ 13 KLD shall be generated from the unit. However, the same is not in consonance with the manpower details mentioned by the industry in its application form. As such the industry is required to submit proper water balance.
Due to use of less manpower water consumption is less that total manpower is not more then 22 number and also usage of water in chiller /coolingtower is very less that is only topup the water and water is used only for recircultion purpose so that project report is updated and now water consuption usage is less then 3 KL per day
3. The industry has still not mention the detail of green area, onto which treated effluent is proposed to be discharge.
Water is cooling purpose only that is in recirculation so no discharges is involved in it
4. The industry is required to clarify as to whether there shall be any source of air pollution except DG set in its premises, or not ?
DG is secoundry sources of power supply that is run only power failure or grid failure, no other source of air pollution
As such, the industry is requested to clarify to the above within 2 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
