1. This office has come to know that M/s Balaji Alloys is not operating the subject cited unit and it has given the same on lease to M/s Shri Balaji Alloys. You are requested to apply for obtaining 'Consent to Operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 correctly.
2. Further, the industry has stored 1 ton hazardous waste of category 35.1 at the time of conversion from coal to PNG. Kindly submit manifest regarding disposal of the same.
