On scrutiny of the application it is observed as under:
1) the industry has not submitted building plan approved from Competent person under Factories Act 1948.
2) the industry has not deposited inadequate consent fee.
3) in the application form the industry has mentioned date of commissioning as 2002, however as per proof it is 30.09.2017, kindly clarify.
4) the industry has not submitted completion certificate of etp.
