The application of the project proponent following observation were observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted copy of agreement signed with Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd.
2. The project proponent has not submitted revised approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
3. The project proponent has not mentioned detail of water consumption, disposal in the process, in the application form.
4. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it.
5. The project proponent has not mentioned backing oven details in the application form.
6. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of shot blast, powder coating booth & baking oven from NABL approved lab.
7. The project proponent is required to submit proof of start of manufacturing of scaffolding, so that adequacy of the fees can be adjudged.
8. The project proponent is required to submit details of expansion made due to increase in fixed assets of Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 3. 84 crore.
9. The project proponent not submitted manufacturing process details of scaffolding and any water pollution and Air pollution caused due to the process.
You are requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
