On scrutinizing the application and linkage with the record file of the industry, it is observed as under:-
1) The brick kiln was earlier granted with the name of proprietor Sh. Tarsem Chand and is now applying consents to operate through Sh. Ashok Kumar Bansal, Proprietor. The brick kiln has not submitted any documentary proof w.r.t. change of proprietorship.
2) As per CA certificate submitted by the brick kiln, the value of land is Rs. 2.10 Lakhs. The brick kiln has not submitted any document in this regard such as registered sale deed, jamabandi etc.
3) The brick kiln was visited by officer of the Board on 13.03.2020 and found in operation without adopting Induced draft zig-zag technology however as per undertaking submitted by the brick kiln it had been operated with FCBTK technology w.e.f. March 2019 to June 2019. The brick kiln has deposited environmental compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The brick kiln is required to deposit environmental compensation as per actual operations with FCBTK technology.
