1. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 5655.89 Lacs to Rs. 5882.58 lacs. Kindly submit detail of said increase and also deposit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 14400/-.
2. Earlier, deposited consent fee was valid upto 30.04.2024. Kindly deposit further consent fee as per PPCB office order no. 524 dated 29.10.2018.
3. Kindly deposit penalty charges @ 10 % of one year fee under both acts i.e. Rs. 8400/- under each act.
4. The industry has purchased new land on 28.07.2022. Kindly submit land use classification certificate as per Master Plan of Mandi Gobindgarh.
5. It is mandatory on part of the industry to submit stack emission analysis report and effluent analysis report from Board's lab / NABL approved lab being mandatory documents for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate', as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/2014/86 dated 24.02.2014
6. The industry was granted 'consent to operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/FGS/2022/19691307 dated 22/09/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/FGS/2022/19690898 dated 22/09/2022 both valid upto 21/03/2023 for the production of Billet/TMT/Flat/Structure @ 432 MTD, ERW Pipe @ 400 MTD and Zinc Metal/Sheets/Ingots @ 7 MTD with following special conditions:
• The industry shall develop Green belt over an area equivalent to 33% of the plant area in accordance with CPCB guidelines, develop village ponds, failure of which, the Bank guarantee to be submitted by the industry may be encashed.
• The industry shall obtain permission from State Board for transporting of hazardous waste and interstate permission for transport of hazardous waste if wants to carry out of the State.
• The industry shall install night vision high definition CCTV cameras covering the emissions generating from crucible. Also the industry shall store 3 months recording of the same every time and made available when required to the officers of the Board.
• The industry shall connect the CCTV cameras with the server of the Punjab Pollution Control Board within one month.
Kindly submit point wise compliance of above said special conditions.
