On scrutnzing the application of the hospital it is observed as under:
1) The hospital has not submitted rent deed of the SCO.
2) The hospital has not given any proof regarding commissioning date of hospital.
3) The hospital has not submitted completion certificate and dimensional drawing of ETP.
4) The hospital has mentioned that 0.6 KLD effluent is generated from the hospital which is not in order as per water requirement given in National Building Code of India. As per the calculation given, around 6-7 KLD effluent will be generated from the hospital.
You are requested to attend the above within 2 days.
