It is intimated that, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed the following discrepancies:-
1. The industry has not submitted the old partnership deeds w.e.f. 1995.
2. The industry has not deposited adequate consent fee under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981.
3. The industry is required to submit the year wise CA certificate.
4. The NOC obtained by the industry has already expired in the year 1996. Therefore, the industry is required to submit site suitability certificate/CLU/ Classification of area from the Competent Authority.
Which needs clarification, within 2 days. So that the application can be processed.
