It is submitted that the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that :-
1. The industry has submitted the CA certificate mentioning value of fixed assets as on 28.03.2023. However, the industry is required to submit the CA certificate of last financial year i:e as on 31.03.2023.
2. The industry has submitted the undertaking of APCD mentioning that the Air pollution control device installed by the industry is fabricated as per dimensional drawing. However, the industry has not submitted dimensional drawing, which needs to be submitted.
3. The industry is established the revenue estate of village Dhura in Khasra no. 1996/376(2-7), 1995/376(0-18), 2000/382 min (6-8) measuring 9 bigha 12 biswa. However, the industry has submitted the letter of MC limit issued by EO, MC, Dhuri vide no. 3780 dated 7.3.2023 mentioning the Khasra no. 1994/37 is falls outside the MC limit of Dhuri, which needs to be clarified.
The industry is requested to clarify the above said observations within 2 days. So that the case may be processed further.
