The application of the industry scrutinized and observed as under: -
1. The industry has applied for obtaining varied consents of the Board after increase its existing capacity as well as addition of new products, however, it has not provided any detail regarding new plant & machinery with its manufacturing processes.
2. Also, the industry has not provided requisite documents w.r.t. site suitability, after addition of new plant & machinery. However, the industry has attached documents of another industry with application form.
3. The industry has attached feasibility report w.r.t. installation of air pollution control devices (APCD) as well as effluent treatment plant (ETP), but has not provided completion certificate for the same, as the industry has already commissioned (being applied for obtaining vaired consents), with its increased capacity by installing new plant & machinery.
4. The industry has also not provided treated trade effluent and air emission sample analysis reports from Board's Lab, with its applications.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so that the application be processed further. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
