it is submitted as per punjab govt notification no 3/4/87-31B1/311 dated 9-01-2090 the proposed site of the industry falls in village Bhagwanpura Tehsil derabassi, District SAS Nagar which falls in FEZ area. we have already submitted copy of notification while processing NOC. copy of the same is again uploaded. further as per notification no PS/PSHUD-206 dated 12-11-2021 the industry do not require CLU for setting up of Stand Alone industries. Hence, any further clarification from the office of DTP, SAS Nagar is not required. it is therefore requested kindly grant NOC for such industry so that we can start our construction work. i shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness |
