We are also enclosed the distance certificate from Tehsidar w.r.t parameters Municipal limit, village lal lakir/phirni and residential area. We are already applied for site suitability certificate from DTP and will submit the same within 2-3 days in your office. As per our green category, we are submitted adequate consent fee upto 30.09.2027 and in the CA certificate, the fixed asset of the industry is as on 07.12.2022. There is no requirement of feasibility report as no air pollution device has been insalled in our industry...........Further, there is no source of trade effluent. Only domestic effluent is being generated which is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank.........
