The project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not deposited any consent fee with the online application form.
2. Earlier, the project proponent was granted ‘consent to operate’ for total cost of Rs. 2.59 cr. now, the pp has uploaded a copy of CA certificate mentioning total value of assets as Rs. 3.4 cr. as such, the pp is required to clarify regarding this increase and is also required to deposit CTE regularization fee.
3. The project proponent has mentioned the total value of assets in its application form as Rs. 2.59 cr., which is not as per the latest CA certificate.
4. Previous ‘consent to operate’ granted to the pp had expired in 2020. The project proponent not submitted late fee of penalty.
5. The project proponent has mentioned that 28 KLD domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation. The project proponent required to give adequacy of land area for disposal of effluent.
As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding above within 03 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please.
