Respected Sir/Madam, the point wise reply of the clarification is as under:
1) That the industry is operational as per demand and availability of material.
2) That the industry is using plastic scrap as raw material and is manufacturing granules.
3) That the industry will store scrap under shed in future.
4) That the industry has also proposed to install wet scrubber to control emission and foul smell, which will be installed within next 15-20 days.
5) That the industry has placed order for the scrubber.
6) That the industry will apply for plastic waste registration within a week as desired after obtaining consents under Water and Air.

Since the industry has complied with all the discrepancies. It is requested to kindly give us 15-20 days to install the scrubber and to apply for plastic waste registration.
