It is submitted that as per the document attached by the telecom office, the date of commissioning seems to be in year 2018 (Bill of DG set). As per the policy of the Board, the total consent fee alongwith from 2018 to 2027 i.e. Rs. 3,78,000/-. Also, the unit needs to submit the penalty fee from the year 2018 -19, to Year 2022-23, i.e. Rs. 2,10,000/-. Thereafter, the industry needs to submit additional fee @ Rs. 42,000/- as NOC regularization fee.
As such, the total fee under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to be submitted by the unit with validity upto 30.09.2027 comes out to be Rs. 6,30,000/-. Further, the penalty will increase after 31.10.2023.
Similarly, the industry is required to submit application for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the fee upto 30.09.2027 comes out to be Rs. 6,30,000/-.
The industry asked to submit the same within 02 days.
