As per Board's policy, Board can grant 'consent to operate' for 10 years being orange category, but you have deposited fee only for 1 year and has even not deposited 10 % of one year as penalty fee. Kindly deposit adequate fee so that consent case may be processed.
The project proponent was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDHKH/2022/17951633 dated 22/05/2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDHKH/2022/17951616 dated 04/05/2022 both valid upto 30/09/2022 with suitable conditions and special condition as under:
1. The project proponent shall develop additional 0.25 acres of plantation area as per the KarnalTechnology before the onset of Monsoon season and submit compliance at Regional Office, FGS.
2. The project proponent shall maintain separate record of fresh water consumption taken from Dream City.
3. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of SWM Rules, 2016 in true letter and spirit.
4. The project proponent shall comply with the guidelines of Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) for abstraction of ground water.
5. The project proponent shall comply with the Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Management Rules, 2016.
6. The project proponent shall ensure that the green parks and plantation area are kept in good condition at all times.
7. If the project proponent has to obtain 'consent to operate' based on guidelines issued by Government of India, Ministry of Jal Shakti (CGWA) vide Gazette Notification No. S.O. 3289 (E) dated 24-09-2020 then it should first take measures w.r.t water reduction as per guidelines issued in the said notification.
