Reference to the clarifications raised, please note that:
1. The industry is existing industry, earlier the unit was rented out for manufacturing of formulations of pharmaceuticals under Orange category. The tenant has closed the operations in 2020 during Covid and the consents were valid till 30.9.2022. Now, we wish to restart the unit under Green category under- 3002 for which we have applied fresh consent to operate. The manufacturing is not still started. The under taking in this respect also respect is already enclosed with the application.
2.There is no DG set installed in the industry and the plant machinery installed is as installed earlier and there is no air emissions from the process
