Respected Sir, it is to inform you that we have already enclosed the building plan duly approved by Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana in the application and again enclosed for your ready reference. Further, we have now attached the allotment letter from PDA regarding allotment of 609 KL share to M/s Hinglaj Processors. We have operated two unit in the name of M/s Hinglaj Processors. We have now applied for consent for new proposed unit @ 342 KLD for the operation of the unit. Moreover, we have already obtained consent for existing unit @ 258 KL and now we will apply for consent into CETP separately in the existing unit. The process regarding transfer of shares through D Mat account is in progress and will be transfer within a short period of time. Once the shares will be transferred, we will inform the Board accordingly......As the industry has obtained shares from PDA @ 609 and we are already applied for new unit consent for 342 KLD and calculation in this regard has already been attached. Further, we will apply for varied consent for old unit @ 258 KLD into 50 MLD CETP. It is requested to kindly allow consent to operate under Water and Act consent so as to start our operation of the unit please. |
