The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. Earlier, the PP was granted CTE with the special condition that:
“The project proponent shall provide plantation as per Karnal Technology in at least 3 acres area before this monsoon season and this land shall not be used for any other purpose till the connectivity to terminal STP to be installed by the GMADA.”
The project proponent has not submitted any proof regarding the same.
2. The PP has not submitted effluent analysis results with the online application form.
3. The project proponent has also not submitted authenticated proof of CER activities with online application form.
