The application has been scrutinized and the following has been observed:
As per the application form, the applicant has proposed generation of 2 KLD trade effluent, which is to be disposed of through CETP of SPV M/s JBR Limited, Phase-8, Focal Point, Ludhiana. However, as per the agreement submitted with SPV M/s JBR Limited, the industry has made provision for lifting of only 500 litres per month, which is significantly lower than the proposed generation of 2 KLD.
In view of the above, the Project Proponent is required to clarify the arrangement made for disposal of the remaining trade effluent within 03 days positively, in order to further process the application.
