The application of the industry has scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry has neither submitted the completion certificate of ETP nor agreement with CETP.
2. The industry has not submitted completion certificate/undertaking of septic tank.
3. The NOC was granted for one shot blasting machine, however, the industry has applied CTO for 02 shot blasting machines of 18 TPD and 08 TPD.
4. The industry has not submitted completion certificate of the APCDs proposed with the phosphating section/ shot blasting machines/powder coating section.
5. The project report submitting with the NOC application was the total investment of the project Rs. 27.2 Cr. and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 15.4 Cr. However, as per the CTO total fixed assets of Rs. 6.10 Cr. and plant and machinery Rs. 5.56 Cr. as on 31.12.2022. Kindly clarify.
