1. The industry has not deposited adequate fee under the Water Act, 1974 for the period of 05 years.
2. The industry has not applied for obtaining consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981.
3. The industry has applied for obtaining varied consent under the Water Act, 1974 and is required to give suitable condition regarding change of process/machinery.
The industry is requested to submit the reply of the clarification and deposit the requisite consent fee within 3 days and applied for consent under the Air Act, 1981 so that the application may be processed further.
