The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant is requested to submit the proof of date of commissioning and Consent fees accordingly.
2. The site plan/Location plan uploaded by the industry is not clear. The applicant is required to submit a clear copy of the above with the Septic tank/STP along with the plantation area mentioned on it.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be taken.
