It is submitted that the application of the pp has been considered and observed as under:
1. The HCE has submitted a technical report for control of pollution, wherein it has not been mentioned whether the effluent to be discharged by hospital will comply with BioAssay standards.
2. No proposal for discharge of treated effluent has been given by HCE.
The HCF is hereby requested to reply the above point within 10 days, so as to proceed further in the matter.
