The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry as per special condition imposed is requested to submit annual maintenance contract (AMC) for APCD from the repute agency.
2. The industry has added CCM and rolling mill to its existing unit and the cooling water has remained the same as per previous application.
3. The industry has not submitted Total Land area of the industry/project (in square meters) and Built up area of the project (to be mentioned in case of construction/area development projects only) (in square meters) in the application form.
4. The industry has requested to clarify the cost w.r.t. NOC obtained and current CA certificate.
5. The industry has submitted approved building plan before the time of obtaining NOC and is requested to submit reapproved building plan after expansion.
Clarify within 2 days.
