The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for production of dyeing for all type of fabrics (Polyester/PC/Cotton) @ 14.5 TPD and discharge of 898 KLD, which is very higher side. The industry is wasting its water and requires aggressive waste water minimization programme.
2. The industry is required to submit the agreement for the disposal of ash generated from the boiler installed by the industry.
