it is with reference to your letter No 640 dated 17.02.2023 we reply as under
1. As per as 15 meters towards the air polluting industry (brick kiln) located within 100 meters from the premises and green belt of 5 meter towards the brick kiln beyond 100-meter distance has been provided. you can ask your good officer to visit and verified the same.
2. Classification has been obtained from the concern DTP. Copy is enclosed. Moreover, we are trying to get the CLU from the concern department, when our we received we will submit the same. However, we are running the school since from the year of 2012 then there is a no need takes the CLU.
3. As per as solid waste management is concern we have made Common pit (SFC Pvt ITI, SFC Convent School, SFC Institute of Nursing) in the premises of SFC PVT ITI according to rules and regulation of the board. Photograph is enclosed.
