The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not attached the latest requisite Revenue Distance report from the Concerned Circle Revenue Officer for the regularization of stone crusher.
2. The unit has not attached the copy of CLU/Classification by the Deptt. of Town & Country Planning regarding operation of Stone Crusher at the said site.
3. The unit has not attached the CA certificate including the addition of Stone Crusher machinery so that adequacy of consent fee may be calculated.
4. The unit has not attached the project report for the expansion by providing stone crusher machinery.
5. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar/Sri Anandpur Sahib.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
