The application of the project was scrutinized and it has been observed that the project proponent has not attached following documents along with the application: 1. Approved Building plan/ layout plan from the concerned Authorities i.e. DTP/ local bodies. 2. Change of land use/ plan having Built-up area mentioned to check the applicability of EIA notification 2006. 3. HCF needs give water consumption calculation w.r.t. adequacy of the ETP STP required along with the effluent disposal plan. It is therefore requested to submit reply of the clarification within 02 days. |
