it is submitted that renewal of Consent to Operate (CTO) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 cannot be considered at this stage because:
1. The project proponent has not submitted the CLU of the college and CLU from the Competent Authority within one month, as per the special condition no. 01 of the previous granted consent to operate from the Board.
2. Also, the project proponent has not submitted the building plans approved by the Competent Authority, to the Board, as per the special condition no. 02 of the previous granted consent to operate from the Board.
3. The consent granted to the institute shall not be considered for further renewal or extension, until it submits compliance of condition no. 01 & 02 imposed above, as per the special condition no. 03 of the previous granted consent to operate from the Board.
Therefore, the same may be returned, please and the pp needs to resubmit the application after attending the above said observations.
