The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is requested to clarify what product and quantity (Unit/Day) is dyed or any other process for auditing purpose.
2. The industry is required to submit an undertaking that it will confirm the inlet standards for CETP.
3. The industry has submitted layout plan which is not properly visible and readable. The industry is required to submit layout plan clearly showing all outlets and various channels/pipes/sewers with requisite colours as detailed below: a) Fresh Water: Blue Colour b) Effluent Channel: Red Colour c) Recirculation Water Channel: Green Colour D) Domestic Sewer: Dotted Black ink and highlight the disconnected MCL sewer line and active PDA sewer line.
4. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 31.03.2022 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of the Rs. 163.68 Lacs. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 167.32 Lacs as on 31.03.2023.
5. The industry is required to what type of machinery it has added and its effect on pollution load.
