1. Earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. PBIP/PPCB/2018/CTO(W) - 46, dated 17/04/2018 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. PBIP/PPCB/2018/CTO(A) – 46, dated 18/04/2018 both valid upto 30/09/2022 for the manufacturing of Rail Coach Components @ 3.50 TPD. But, now the industry has applied for manufacturing of Steel Casting @ 9 TPD. If, the industry has proposed to increase production capacity, then it will have to apply for obtaining ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC expansion).
2. The industry increased its fixed assets from Rs. 259.00 Lacs to Rs. 785.87 Lacs. Please submit year wise detail of increase in fixed assets.
3. It has applied under category code ORANGE / 2001-Dismantling of rolling stocks (wagons/coaches). Please recheck.
