We have submitted reply your Observations pointwise as under:
1. The Cost of Plant & machinery on dated 20/02/2024 of the Industries is 248924145/- & Old CA certificate dated 15/08/2022 the Value of Plant & Machinery is 153718832/- And the
addition detail of Plant & Machinery Rs. 95205312/- are also submitted. It is requested that our old Plant & machinery certificate is uploaded which closed & dt.15/08/2022 certificate
may be not uploaded in your record.
2. We are already deposited the Consent Fees of Rs. 144000/- under Air & Water Act.
3 We are already submitting the Compliance report and Bank Guarantee amount to Rs.1.0 Lakh each in compliance at the time of hearing decision.
4. We are no required STP due to Domestic effluent Waste water is 2.8 kLD and cooling water @ 25 KLD Total @ 28.5 KLD.
5. The Value of Land in 12/08/2024 is 11468350/-(as per CA Certificate copy attached ) and there is no addition in Land. We are also submitted CA certificate. It is requested that our old Land certificate dt.15/08/2022 may be not uploaded in your record.
6. We are also submitted the compliance report of EC in dated 02/04/2024.(copy attached)
Please grant of consent under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for five years.
