Respected Sir, it is submitted that the point wise reply to the clarification is as under:
1) The Competent Authority vide STP, Ludhiana office letter No. 1538STP(W) dated 01.11.2023 has approved the layout plan for Industrial Park and in the site report, the area is industrial zone. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith...........
2) The total land area as approved by the Competent Authority is 24.77 acres and rest area is reserved for road widening purpose. Copy of the same is attached for your kind reference...........
3. Complete Registries/letter of consents of total project area has not been uploaded as the file size of all the registries are too large. Accordingly we have uploaded the jamabandi in the application because there are. number of registries for the total land and the file size is too large for all the registries. Accordingly, we have submitted the same through hard file in the Regional Office for record.
4. Currently there are 3 directors and as per MOA, one of the director was retired and copy of the same is enclosed for your kind reference....................
5. The data provided in the feasibility report is correct and is to be considered. Due to clerical mistake the details provided in the Form differs.
It is requested to kindly consider the water consumption and discharge details as per Feasibility report.......................

7. The Plantation area has already been marked in the approved layout plan...................
