In above regards I have already submitted and clarified that :-
1) Due to repair of plant, installation of new conveyor belts and installation of pucca settling tank, the cost of the project has been increased.
2) As already submitted that earlier the CLU was issued in the name of first party, Now I have purchased the plant. copy of sale deed already submitted/uploaded.
I have applied for obtaining consent to operate freshly with adequate consent fee and requisite documents. It is requested that consent to operate may please granted. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness. |
