Respected Sir/Mam, the point wise reply to the observation is as under:
1. That the industry has dropped the petroleum base project and will process only Spent Oil/Used Black Oil.
2. That the industry has also submitted Under Taking that no petroleum based raw material will be used or processed.
3. That the industry will obtain EC if the industry will plan to move forward with Petroleum based Raw materials and products in future.
4. That the industry has now submitted all documents duly signed as desired.
5. That the industry has now attached feasibility report for ETP cum STP for waste water treatment.
6. That correct process flow chart is attached as desired.
7. Under Taking in the support of our statement is attached that industry will only process waste Used Oil/ Spent Oil as raw material.
8. That for the processing of Spent Oil EC is not required.
